❤️ Why we love it

Peak Design’s capture clip is like a camera assistant that you can give your camera to every time you want to have to free hands. Using a clip attached to your camera and its counterpart attached to your backpack strap or belt, you can clip in your camera and go eat some ice cream or whatever it is you want to do with your newly found freedom of your hands. To be fair, it does take some getting used to until you fully trust the capture clip to hold your camera, but unless you’re working with some very heavy lenses, the capture clip is surprisingly sturdy and safe (just make absolutely sure that your camera is clipped in properly). Especially for travel vlogging I use the capture clip all the time in between filming or in case we film ourselves tasting some food and I need some free hands. It’s quite pricy, but definitely worth it.

🗒️ Things to note

If you decide to get a capture clip, just make sure to double and triple test that everything is attached properly and that your gear isn’t too heavy for the clip. While we haven’t had any issues or close calls with it yet (knock on wood) – you’re better safe than sorry.

I like to travel, cook and bake (not all at the same time though). I also love tech products that are practical and fun to use. Food wise I'm an adventurous eater and like it spicy. When it comes to clothing style, however, I'm pretty much useless and like to follow Zoe's tips on that.
